EASY TO USE: No tools are required. Simply open the Jowl shackle's hooked sides, insert your recovery rope or tow strap's looped end, rotate the end of the tow rope or strap to engage both sides of the shackle, pull tight, and you're ready to recover your stuck vehicle.
